Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of gqsmoverscompany.com and the moving services provided by GQS Movers, a licensed and insured moving company based in Dallas, Texas. By requesting a quote, booking a move, or otherwise using this site, you agree to the terms below.
Estimates
Estimates provided over the phone, through the quote form, or during an in-home or video walkthrough are based on the information available at the time. A binding estimate becomes final once we’ve reviewed your full inventory; if the scope of the move changes materially after that point — additional items, a different address, added stairs — we’ll discuss any adjustment with you in writing before it’s charged, not after the truck arrives.
Liability and Valuation
Basic released-value protection rides on every job at no charge, and full-value coverage is available as a line item if you want a higher payout ceiling on your belongings. Details on both are provided in your written estimate and bill of lading. GQS Movers is not responsible for damage to items packed by the customer unless our crew is shown to have caused it directly, and claims should be reported to our office promptly after the move.
Scheduling and Cancellations
We hold your moving date once a quote is accepted. If your plans change, call the office as early as possible — we’ll work with you on rescheduling, but late cancellations on jobs where a truck and crew were already blocked off may be subject to a cancellation charge disclosed at booking.
