Garrett Sabatino ran crews for a regional van line out of Fort Worth for six years and watched the pricing get renegotiated on customers more times than he could count. He put his own initials on the door in 2015 with one rule: quote it once, quote it straight, and that number doesn’t move once the truck’s in your driveway. Wesley Broussard has run crews with him since the following year, and Ariana Mott, Priscilla Nguyen, and Dominic Alvarado have carried the office and crew leadership since. Two movers run $119 an hour, three run $159, four run $199. If you’d rather have one flat number instead of watching a clock, Dominic can quote a studio around $429, a one-bedroom near $849, two-bedroom around $1,450, and $2,250 and up for anything bigger. He’ll walk you through both so you know which one fits your move better.
Are you licensed, or is this a truck and a phone number?
Ask Priscilla to email the paperwork before you book, and she will — Texas household-goods registration and our own US DOT/interstate authority, current and on file, no waiting on a property manager to chase it down. Garrett renews both himself every year rather than leaving it to an office assistant.
Whose names are actually on the crew that shows up?
Ours, full stop. Wesley’s run crews here since 2016 and Ariana since 2021 — both are on the same payroll as Garrett, not names pulled from a gig board that morning. If a job needs an extra set of hands, it’s someone already on staff, not a stranger.
My timeline got shorter than I planned — can you still fit me in?
Often, yes. Call (888) 278-9005 and Dominic will look at what’s actually open on the board before you spend another day worrying about it. He’d rather tell you no right away than let you assume a date is safe when it isn’t.
What actually reserves my date?
A $125 deposit that comes straight off your final total, not tacked on top of it. Priscilla runs the exact same booking rule for every job on the board, whether you’re moving two blocks over in Duncanville or loading up for Nashville.
How far out do you go for a standard local job?
Duncanville, Cedar Hill, Lancaster, Balch Springs, Wilmer, Hutchins, Seagoville, Ferris, and Ovilla are weekly territory for us — most of Dallas County and the closer half of Ellis County. Tarrant and Johnson County jobs happen too, just usually booked a few days further out.
Where do our things go if the new place falls through on timing?
Straight into our own Westmoreland Road space, flat $150 a month — not a unit we’re renting from somebody else. Wesley or Ariana handles delivery once you’re actually ready, and it’s the same crew that packed it the first time.

Some of these Duncanville and Lancaster streets are narrow — is that a problem?
Mention it when you book and Wesley sizes the truck for it ahead of time — that’s a lot easier than a full-size box truck showing up and blocking a street nobody warned us was tight.
